Dr. Serkan Kaya —
plastic surgery planned with anatomical judgment
Plastic surgery, skin, injectables, and office-based procedures — approached within one clinical framework, with the same attention to planning, judgment, and long-term coherence.

Surgical practice — one major case at a time, for a reason
Dr. Serkan Kaya is a plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon based in Bahçeşehir, Istanbul. His practice focuses on aesthetic surgery of the face, body, breast, and facial feminization — with an approach grounded in anatomy, restraint, and results designed to hold over time.
Surgery is a serious, detail-sensitive field with lasting consequences. What happens in the operating room is not limited to the day of the procedure — it affects anatomy, recovery, and long-term outcome directly. Surgical planning should reflect that weight: not driven by speed or volume, but by what each case actually requires in terms of time, attention, and judgment.
Every major case should receive the focus its anatomy and complexity require. Although the general surgical plan is usually established in advance, each patient's anatomy may call for different decisions intraoperatively — additional assessment, a change of approach, or more careful progression. For planned major cases expected to run over approximately three hours, no second major case is scheduled the same day. This protects preparation, safety, and execution quality without time pressure. Parallel major-case scheduling is not followed here. Attention and responsibility remain undivided.
Three distinct areas — each with its own planning logic, clinical scope, and recovery pathway.
Facial
Surgery
Facial surgery planned from proportion, ageing pattern, and structural balance — never from a standard template. The scope may be focused or broader, but the logic remains anatomy-led.
Body
Surgery
Body surgery planned around contour, tissue excess, skin quality, and proportional balance — from focused shaping to broader surgical correction when indicated.
Facial
Feminization
A personalised surgical framework — not a package. Planned from anatomy and goals across focused, multi-zone, or broader scope, in one stage or staged where appropriate.
Surgery from abroad — a structured pathway
A significant proportion of patients who consult here travel from outside Turkey. The care pathway is designed around that reality: thorough remote assessment, clear pre-operative planning, an organised stay in Istanbul, and structured continuity after return home. The clinical standard is not lowered for distance or convenience.
International Patients — full pathwayBegin with a direct conversation
Consultations are available for both local and international patients — via WhatsApp or scheduled video call. For procedure planning, photographs and a short clinical summary may be requested before a recommendation is made.
For full details on how international consultations and the care pathway work, see the International Patients page.
